The A1 Telecom Training Programme is a unique opportunity to join the team of a high-tech and modern IT and telecommunications company. The Programme aims
to bring up an expert employee within 3-5 years. Students and graduates are welcome to cooperate.
PRACTICE
The training programme for undergraduates lasts from 3 to 6 months. While perfoming learning tasks, trainees have an opportunity to put their ideas and theoretical knowledge into practice. By the completion of training programme, trainees receive certificate of completion and feeback from the Head of the Department.
INTERSHIP
Training takes 25-40 hours per week. Interesting projects and customer work. Support from skilled workers. Trainings and skills development. Ability to work remotely. The training schedule is flexible but controlled. Trainees who show a good perfomance, are paid a salary. Further they have career prospects within the company.
