Marketing specialist

We, the A1Telecom Company, provide our clients with modern corporate telecommunications solutions and systems. We specialize in providing voice communication channels and SMS mailings for call centers and corporate clients. We provide cloud PBX services.

Our Marketer is responsible for:

• development and implementation of marketing strategy

• developing a strategy for marketing directions, monitoring their implementation and effectiveness

• the image of the company in social networks: LinkedIn, Xing, Facebook, Telegram, Twitter and others

• implementation of organic and paid traffic strategies, advertising campaigns

• the strategy of attracting customers at the initial stage, the quality of lead generation

• key marketing analytics and key marketing performance indicators (KPI)

• analysis of the effectiveness of the main channels of promotion of the Company's products and the brand

• efficiency of allocation of budget funds between channels and tracking of financial efficiency of marketing

• implementation of tactical tasks for product promotion

• analysis of sales dynamics and manages the sales forecast

• analysis of the market, competitors, marketing trends, customer needs.

Candidate requirements:

• experience of working in a system company for more than 2 years (B2B segment will be+) with practical experience of increasing marketing efficiency

• high level of knowledge of digital marketing

• experience in bringing the brand and new products to the international market in modern conditions

• knowledge of modern models of development and management of the company's brand

• knowledge and ability to work with analytical tools and metrics

• multitasking and a high level of prioritization

• knowledge of foreign languages: we work on the international market without geographical limitations, so a foreign language will be your advantage (English, German, Polish or any other).

Terms of our cooperation with you:

• Fixed work schedule: from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday-Friday.

• Type of employmen: full-time, remote work.

• Timely payment of wages: rate (30,000-40,000 UAH) ± KPI + bonus. The rate depends on the results of the final interview.
