The A1 Telecom Training Programme is a unique opportunity to join the team of a high-tech and modern IT and telecommunications company. The Programme aims
to bring up an expert employee within 3-5 years. Students and graduates are welcome to cooperate.
The training programme for undergraduates lasts from 3 to 6 months. While perfoming learning tasks, trainees have an opportunity to put their ideas and theoretical knowledge into practice. By the completion of training programme, trainees receive certificate of completion and feeback from the Head of the Department.
Training takes 25-40 hours per week. Interesting projects and customer work. Support from skilled workers. Trainings and skills development. Ability to work remotely. The training schedule is flexible but controlled. Trainees who show a good perfomance, are paid a salary. Further they have career prospects within the company.
Customer Support Specialist (VoIP/NOC Engineer)
Operation and development of Asterisk-based IP telephony solutions. Connection of telecom operators and clients. Analysis of incidents in the telephone network. Development, implementation and modernization of additional telephony services.
Telecommunication sales manager (IT sales, B2B)
Duties: to participate in the sales process and projects of telecommunication solutions implementation. To learn the advanced sales techniques. To learn specialised software: CRM.Bitrix24, a cloud-based PBX with state-of-the-art marketing features. To draft proposals, presentations and other necessary documentation.
Head of Active Sales Department
Duties: to effectively manage the current department: To analyse the current situation in the sales department, work on improvement of the department's efficiency. To develop and strengthen relationships with partners.
