The A1 Telecom Training Programme is a unique opportunity to join the team of a high-tech and modern IT and telecommunications company.
The Programme aims to bring up an expert employee within 3-5 years. Students and graduates are welcome to cooperate.

PRACTICE

The training programme for undergraduates lasts from 3 to 6 months. While perfoming learning tasks, trainees have an opportunity to put their ideas and theoretical knowledge into practice. By the completion of training programme, trainees receive certificate of completion and feeback from the Head of the Department.

INTERSHIP

Training takes 25-40 hours per week. Interesting projects and customer work. Support from skilled workers. Trainings and skills development. Ability to work remotely. The training schedule is flexible but controlled. Trainees who show a good perfomance, are paid a salary. Further they have career prospects within the company.

Marketing specialist

We invite active, communicative and effective candidates for the position of Marketer for full-time employment!

Duties:

- be responsible for the development and implementation of the marketing strategy and the strategy of attracting customers at the initial stage

- manage the advertising budget and monitor the financial effectiveness of marketing

- analyze results, implement more effective marketing tools.

Active Sales Department Manager

We invite active, communicative and effective candidates for the position of sales manager for full-time employment!

Duties:

- actively participate in the sales and projects for the realization of telecommunications solutions for customers

- lead the potential client through the sales process.

Head of Active Sales Department

Duties:

- to effectively manage the current department: To analyse the current situation in the sales department, work on improvement of the department's efficiency

- to develop and strengthen relationships with partners.

Account manager / Carrier Relations Manager

Duties:

- to attract new partners and vendor

- to Maintain relationships with current partners

- to provide routing for traffic.
