Influence marketing manager

We, the A1Telecom Company, provide our clients with modern corporate telecommunications solutions and systems. We specialize in providing voice communication channels and SMS mailings for call centers and corporate clients. We provide cloud PBX services.

What will needs to be done:

• Organize partnership work with bloggers and influencers to promote the Company's products and solutions

• Look for bloggers, influencers for advertising integrations

• Teach bloggers about the Company's products, prepare briefs and materials for bloggers on the Company's products/services

• Coordinate bloggers' posts and appearances

• Maintain communication and conduct negotiations with bloggers at all stages of cooperation

• Analyze campaign results and increase their effectiveness

• Interact with the Company's sales department and outsourcers/freelancers (copywriters, designers, etc.).

• Work with CRM and cloud PBX

• Interaction with SMM

Experience and skills:

• 2+ years of experience working with bloggers and influencers

• Orientate yourself in marketing tendencies and trends

• Good knowledge of business social networks

• Differentiate between views and reach, clicks and leads, targeted leads and deals

• Ability to collect analytics and identify patterns, increase effectiveness of results

• High self-organization, multitasking and a high level of prioritization, be ready to handle dozens of correspondence at the same time and generally like to communicate with people

• Ability to achieve results

• Knowledge of foreign languages: we work in the international market without geographical limitations, so a foreign language will be your advantage. (English, German, Polish or any other).

Terms of our cooperation with you:

• fixed work schedule: from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday-Friday

• remote work

• timely payment of wages: rate (13,000-18,000 UAH) ± KPI + bonus. The rate depends on the results of the final interview.
