If you have:
Proven experience in managing a team from the side of HR processes (more than 2 years)
Practical skills in creating an effective system of recruitment and adaptation of personnel
Experience in building a team, including a team of TOPs
Experience in building a team, including a team of TOPs
Great desire to develop yourself in the direction of HR

Your responsibilities will be:
Organization of systemic recruitment processes
Construction and implementation of Hr-processes
Improvement and support of the corporate culture and spiritual values of the Company
Adaptation and integration of new employees, off-boarding coordination
Team management: task setting, performance monitoring, motivation, feedback, adaptation, training
Control of team members and departments in terms of HR processes
Develop and implement innovative methods and approaches to attract candidates and freelancers

Terms of our cooperation with you:
Fixed work schedule: from 9:00 to 18:00. Monday Friday.
Format of work: remotely
Timely payment of wages: rate (UAH 15,000–25,000) ± KPI + bonus. The rate depends on the results of the final interview. Regular review of rates.
